- Jade Taylor Added June 01, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to the bowling club tonight for dinner. Food had a long wait which was expected due to raffle night. My partner and I both order steaks (mine was crumbed). My food came covered in gravy that was not pleasant, the chips were not cooked all the way through and the crumbed steak was very basic, my plate was sent back and while I was waiting my partners food came out. My partner ordered an $18 steak and it was tiny and unpleasant tasting. We returned his plate as well and decided just to leave. We did not ask for a refund as it was a busy night and we did not want to make a scene in front of other guests. I’m hoping the poor quality of food was just due to it being a busy night. But unfortunately due to this experience we don’t think we will return here for dinner again.
